LDL cholesterol and saturated fat are among the most vilified nutrients contained within the human diet. Instigated by the processed grain industry, Big Pharma, and the vegan community, the fear mongering surrounding dietary fat has given rise to low-fat fad diets, the over-consumption of gluten-containing grains, and the over-prescription of statin drugs.
Despite the war on cholesterol, the average American’s health has not improved. On the contrary, illnesses related to improper diet, such as diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and stroke continue to rise to critical proportions.
In this video, I demonstrate why cholesterol and saturated fat are not nutrients to avoid, but reversibly are fundamental components of a healthy diet. The food and medical industry are attacking the wrong enemies.
